Enable the Java Add-on in Your Browser
Before you use Service Profiler or the visualization functionality, activate the Java Add-on in your browser.

Before you use Service Profiler or the visualization functionality, activate the Java Add-on in your browser.
Follow the steps: (Internet Explorer)
- Open Internet Explorer and select Tools, Manage Add-ons.
- In the Manage Add-ons dialog, select the Java Plug-In 2 SSV Helper, then click Enable.
- In the Enable Add-on dialog, click Enable to confirm the selection.
- Close the dialog and reopen the browser.
Follow the steps: (Firefox)
- Open Firefox, click the Firefox drop-down list.
- Click Add-ons, then click Plugins.
- Locate Java Platform<version_number>from the list, then click Enable.
- Reopen the browser.
