Manage Remediation History

The following options are available in the Remediation History page:
View Remediation History
You can view the history of Remediation Jobs that have been run on the Remediation History page. In addition to the top-level history details about the job, you can navigate to the following details:
- Details of the job.
- The servers that are associated with the job.
- The individual remediation steps that the job completes.
Follow these steps:
- ClickManagement, Remediation, History.The Remediation History page lists all current remediation jobs in the Remediation History table.
- Select a job.The details of the selected job display on the History tab.
- Select theServerstab.The servers that are associated with the Remediation Job display in the table.
- Select a server.The details of the selected server display on the Server tab.
- Click theStepstab.The steps that are associated with Remediation Job display.
- (Optional) To a delete remediation history entry, select an entry, then selectDelete Remediation Historyfrom theSelect Actionsmenu.
Rerun Remediation Jobs
You can rerun a Remediation Job from the Remediation History page if the job fails. The Status Message column lets you identify the failure or success of the job.
Follow these steps:
- Select the jobs to rerun.
- SelectRun Remediation Againfrom theSelect Actionsmenu.
- ClickOK.The job is run and the Status Message column is updated.
Undo Remediation
You can undo unwanted changes made by Remediation Jobs. To help you determine if you want to undo changes, you can view the individual steps performed by a Remediation Job as described in View Remediation History.
Follow these steps:
- Select the jobs on which you want to undo changes.
- SelectUndo Remediationfrom theSelect Actionsmenu.
- ClickOK.The Undo operation reverts to the configuration settings that existed before the selected job was last run. The undo operation is logged on the Remediation Log page.
